Previously, we featured Basket Weaving Products from Kampung Melilas. This time, we highlight another “1 Kampung, 1 Product" namely Digital Carving Products.

As a 1K1P for Kampung Penabai Consultative Council, Kuala Tutong, interestingly, this product is produced by a youth. Starting with producing notebooks and Keychains using a laser engraving machine, now, Awang Mohd Khairi Rafie bin Haji Zulkipli is able to produce over 20 types of digital engraving products.

The products made by this local youth is currently at the 1K1P Premium Product level, which is a product that exceeds the 1K1P Classic Product level. They are evaluated in terms of uniqueness, prestigious products and the use of quality packaging as well as meeting international market certifications and standards.

The youth involvement in the production of 1K1P products shows that youth are also capable of contributing to the country's economic growth. In addition, support from various parties is also an incentive for local product entrepreneurs to continue to progress and innovate in further developing their products.
